Trumpf Fibre Laser with Integrated Tube Cutting Facilities
Metallic Pieces

Sheet Cutting Information

Our laser cutter offers several advantages over conventional CO2 laser, the results of which can be advantageous to our target customers

  • The ability to cut brass and copper as only fibre machines can reliably cut highly reflective metals, a factor which is important in meeting the demands from our graphics and retail customers.

  • Faster Cutting Speeds - up to 5 times faster on thinner sheets resulting in quicker turnaround times.

  • Cheaper production costs primarily due to 50% lower operating costs

  • Higher component accuracy due to a thinner laser beam

Our Fiber machine is also fitted with an automated pallet changer which enables us to unloaded processed sheets whilst the machine continues to run, helping to reduce lead-times.

Tube Cutting Information

The integrated tube laser function allows us to offer a highly sought-after manufacturing process. Cutting both sheets and tube components together for our customers results in several advantages such as:

  • Reduced lead times as components are manufactured sequentially.

  • Reduced shipping costs - instead of purchasing from different suppliers

  • The best fitment between components as tolerances can be confirmed before processing full orders. This can also help reduce the assembly time for our customers as well as reducing the potential waste created from insufficient tolerances.
